By purchasing from Midwest Compounds, the customer expressly acknowledges, represents, and warrants that: (1) they are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement; (2) they are acquiring these products solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research; (3) they possess the requisite knowledge, training, and qualifications to handle research materials safely and lawfully, and assume the duty to verify all hazards and to warn any personnel who may handle the products; and (4) they assume full and sole responsibility for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of these materials.

Orders constitute an offer to purchase, and acceptance occurs only upon dispatch confirmation. Midwest Compounds reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion for compliance, inventory, or risk-related reasons. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midwest Compounds shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, possession, handling, or use of any product. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Midwest Compounds from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from any misuse of these products or any violation of applicable law.

If any provision of this disclaimer is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, with exclusive venue in the courts located in Clay county, Missouri.
